Products can be returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refunds will be made via:
Original payment method (for online orders), or
Cash/store adjustment (for in-store purchases)
Exchanges are allowed for eligible items, subject to stock availability.
If the price differs, the balance amount must be paid or refunded accordingly.
For online orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
For in-store purchases, items must be returned directly to our shop.
Marsa Mart reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
